Cristine Zaragoza

Hi, I’m Cristine, Practice Manager at movéo physio and professional multitasker extraordinaire. I started out with a Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management (yes, I nearly took to the skies as a flight attendant, but decided I preferred keeping my feet firmly on the ground).

After mastering customer service overseas and juggling call center chaos, I landed in Australia, where I found my true calling behind gym reception desks and then in healthcare. Since 2019, I’ve climbed the ranks from receptionist to 2nd in charge, which basically means I’m great at keeping everything running smoothly and putting out fires before anyone notices 😁.

At movéo, I keep the gears turning so our team can focus on what they do best, helping you move better. I’m the one who answers the “Are the physios at your place any good?” calls (Good? They’re basically superheroes in disguise, minus the capes, but maybe we should get some), wrestles with the rescheduling shuffle (because life happens), untangles billing mysteries that make your head spin, and patiently answers all the “This might sound weird, but…” questions 😄.

I love keeping the clinic looking sharp and welcoming. Making sure everything’s neat, organized, and sparkling clean. Plus, I’m always on the lookout to keep our clients happy, comfortable, and maybe even a little spoiled. Because when the space feels great and you leave with a smile, well, that’s a win in my book.

I’m here to make sure you’re happy, well looked after, and that our clinic feels so welcoming, you actually look forward to coming back (weird, I know 😄).
